The Caravajal15 Residenza Dinamica Association is on the first floor – the piano nobile or main floor – in the sixteenth-century Palazzo Caravajal Simoncelli in the medieval quarter, the oldest part of the city, at number 15 Via Malabranca. The balcony attributed to the architect Ippolito Scalza overlooks the street towards Piazza San Giovenale.
The structure consists of a prestigious vaulted room covered with period frescoes, 9 meters high and with an area of 150 square meters, and three other rooms, all finely frescoed and decorated with eighteenth-century neoclassic and grotesque subjects, 1 office/bar, 2 wardrobe rooms, baths, shower room, 1 small room with washing machine, storeroom and a professional kitchen, equipped to cook meals on the spot or to host catering.
The clients can use the furnishings in the premises, including a Schimmel ballroom piano and 100 chairs.
The location is suitable for private events, business dinners, aperitifs, tastings, art exhibits, fashion presentations, weddings, or ceremonial banquets, for shooting films, performances, concerts, cinema projections, workshops, seminars, dinners and buffet.
